Pommery Bar
To pay tribute to Louise Pommery, Mathilde de l’Ecotais imagined an environment entirely devoted to the famous blue that symbolises the Maison. She expresses her photographic mastery through cyanotype, an old technique invented around the same time Louise Pommery was developing the champagne house inherited from her husband. One of the rare permanent works in the Pommery Collection, it invites visitors to immerse themselves in the Blue Bar designed by the artist, where a delicate, luminous historical fresco leads them to the counter. An immersive experience created through a blend of design, photography and films by Mathilde de l'Ecotais.
