Wittamer pastry shop
For Wittamer, the iconic Belgian haute pâtisserie house, Mathilde de l’Ecotais developed a comprehensive vision for its visual identity and customer experience.
Using her photographs of red fruit, she imagined a shared visual language adapted across the various boutiques, creating a sensory harmony while preserving each location’s individuality.
These vibrant, sensual images guide the customer’s journey and awaken the appetite.
Photography thus becomes a material of desire and an architectural tool connecting the pastry chef’s gesture with the visitor’s emotion.
Through this approach, Mathilde de l’Ecotais helped reinvent the Wittamer world, giving the brand a coherent, elegant and delightfully vibrant identity.
