For « Les Petits Producteurs, du vin et de la cuisine », Mathilde de l’Ecotais imagined a transversal design, transforming—among other things—the bar and tables with this photograph of red grape seeds. Reconstructing a bunch of grapes, she transforms the space. Her gaze elevates the material, bringing the image of the grape into dialogue with the world of wine and gastronomy.

As project conductor, she imagines everything, from the space to the logo, with Sophie Fournier Villiot, founder of Amarante agency, and architects Virginie Carthagena and Laurent Guillemet for the restaurant’s construction.
